Colette Drager
Founder

Colette founded Workforce Resources, formerly named CHC, Inc., in 1995 after many years of experience in the corporate Human Resources field. She had previously held management positions with Aetna Life and Casualty in Chicago, IL and Viracon in Owatonna, MN spending much of her time focused on healthcare, employee benefits, leadership development and workers compensation.

After many years of active involvement in the day-to-day management of the company, Colette, in 2011, stepped back to allow her partner, Leah Davis to direct the company.

Colette is very active in her community as a current member of the Maple River School Board and chair of the Maple River AAA Foundation. She enjoys spending time with her husband and college age children when they are home.
